1. What does a typical investment look like?

There is no such thing as a typical project cost, as the investment amount varies from project to project. Various factors determine the investment. Factors include project scope (scale and complexity), the level of customization, additional details, and desired product price range. Ultimately, we focus on the client’s vision and the quality they expect. 

Smaller projects, like redecorating a single room, may have a more modest investment. A small project may range from a few thousand to tens of thousands of dollars. On the other hand, more extensive projects involving multiple rooms or structural changes can incur higher costs. These larger projects range from tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ultimately, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The investment depends on your specific needs and preferences, as well as the scope of the design project.

2. How do you determine what projects are the right fit for your firm?

Our clients, often busy professionals, value the beauty and functionality of a well-designed home. However, they need more time or expertise to bring their vision to life. We specialize in full-service projects covering everything from concept to completion, typically within a mid-to-high investment range. 

These comprehensive projects, spanning multiple spaces within a home, allow us to deliver optimal results. It’s important to note that our commitment isn’t exclusive to large projects. We also offer consultations and other services tailored to specific needs. During initial conversations with potential clients, we explore their goals, timeline expectations, and budget considerations. This helps us understand their expectations and allows us to recommend the most suitable services, even if it’s not a full-service engagement. Our first phone call consultation serves as a mutual qualification process, ensuring the fit is right for our firm and the potential client.

3. How do you capture my design style?

In any design project involving more than one person, there are typically multiple personalities and styles at play—unless it’s a home used by a single individual. We serve as the retailers of the products we supply to a project. We have curated a collection of preferred vendors, manufacturers, and resources who are reliable and trustworthy. Our in-depth knowledge of these manufacturers, including their capabilities and product lines, empowers us to make informed selections tailored to each project. This ensures the quality of the end result and allows us better control over the workflow. 

Our strong relationships with vendors are built on mutual support because our volume of sales and investments in promoting their products create a partnership that benefits everyone. We pride ourselves on offering fair and competitive prices to our clients. We do this by managing all logistics, including purchase orders, regular follow-ups, receiving, troubleshooting, and handling claims, to provide a seamless experience.
